Creating an account

Creating an account on Motorhome Parking Locations is free and easy and having an account means that you can:

• Review locations.
• Review businesses.
• Create new locations.
• Favourite businesses and locations that you want to access easily again.

How to create an account.

Visit the profile view when you aren’t logged in.  Your will be taken to the Login view.  On this view click Sign Up. Fill in all the boxes required ensuring a green tick beside each filled in box.  Adding a phone number is optional but if entering a phone number you must select a country code and likewise if you select a country code you must select a country code.  Once submitted you will be informed of any issues,  if any issues please correct these before trying again.  On success a verification code will be sent to you email address that you entered and a verification code box will be displayed.

Verify your account

On successful account creation an email will be sent to you with a verification code in it, please enter this in the verification box displayed on account creation.  Please check your Junk or Spam folders for this email and if there please mark as not spam.

If you have navigated away from the sign up view.

Don’t worry we have got you covered simply login with the username and password provided at sign up, a verification box will be displayed. Enter the verification code provided and hey presto you will be good to go.

The verification code has an expiry of 7 days

If you haven’t verified in this time you will need to speak to support to verify your account.

I have forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password after you have created your account and before you have verified your account you will need to speak to support to verify your account and/or send a new random password.
